The primary gathering of our church family is 9:30am Sunday mornings at 10 River Street, TR1 2SQ. The congregation is made up of people from all backgrounds and every stage of life. We have lots of young families, children, teenagers, as well as older adults.
The service combines the best of traditional hymns and contemporary songs led by our band and centres each week on listening to God’s word, The Bible.
We have an amazing Sunday Club for primary school aged children where they learn about Jesus in a safe and fun environment, in addition to a creche for pre-school children
and a group for teenagers.
Our time together starts with tea and coffee from 9.15am, the service begins at 9.30am and is normally finished by 10.40am when there is a further chance to chat over tea and coffee.
Lanterns is a cafe-style congregation meeting every week in City Life Church Truro.
This congregation is made of people from all sorts of backgrounds who are looking to explore the Christian faith in a more informal setting. Each session includes a complete mix of teaching, discussion and support in small groups. Many of the members have come to this congregation through the St Kea Christians Against Poverty centre in Truro.
The meeting usually finishes around 12:00pm and many members stay and enjoy lunch together.
